Privacy Policy

This policy covers villacortacapital.com — this website. Each of our apps has its own policy, because each handles data differently: Fintex, Alienville, Meet Me Halfway, HydroTrue.

The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and contains no third-party trackers, pixels or advertising scripts. Our fonts are served from our own domain rather than from Google, so loading a page here does not tell any other company that you visited.

What is collected anyway

• Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, records standard request data — your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user-agent — in order to deliver the site and protect it from attack. This is a normal part of how any website is served. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you.
• Email you send us. If you write to hola@villacortacapital.com, we receive your address and whatever you put in the message. We keep it while we deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

There are no forms on this site, no accounts, and no payment processing.

What we never do

• We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
• We do not use advertising networks, retargeting pixels or session-recording tools.
• We never ask for financial account numbers, card details or government identification through this website.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to appeal if we refuse. Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act; residents of California, of other US states with comparable laws, and of the UK and EU have similar rights under their own.

Write to hola@villacortacapital.com and we will respond within 45 days. Given how little this website collects, in most cases the honest answer will be that we hold nothing about you beyond a server log entry.

Children

This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly rewritten.
