This policy covers CELLBOUND and CELLBOUND Demo, the two iOS apps from Villacorta Capital LLC.

What the games store
The games store language, audio settings, progression, achievements, and saved runs locally on your device. The apps do not require an account. We do not receive this local game data or use it to identify you.
Data collection
The apps do not contain analytics, advertising networks, or third-party tracking code. They do not transmit your gameplay data to Villacorta Capital. CELLBOUND Demo includes a link to the full game on the App Store; opening that link leaves the app and is subject to Apple's privacy practices.
Purchases and support
Apple handles App Store purchases. We do not receive your payment-card details. If you contact our support team, we will use the information you choose to send us only to respond to your request. See our support page.
Children
The apps do not request personal information from children. Their age suitability is shown on each App Store listing.
Your choices
You can remove locally stored game information by deleting the app. You can contact us through the support page with privacy questions.
Changes
We will update this page if the apps' data practices change. The effective date above will reflect the latest revision.
