Biblaria

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026.

This policy explains how Villacorta Capital LLC ("we") handles information in the Bibliaria app. It is short because there is little to explain.

Bibliaria and your privacy

Updated 1 October 2026. Bibliaria does not require an account and has no advertising. In the free version without active purchases, app content and personal progress remain local. The following purchase processing applies to versions with the subscription service enabled.

Purchases and Premium

We use RevenueCat to validate purchases, restore them and maintain Premium access. It processes a randomly generated installation identifier and purchase and subscription information, including product, transaction, status, dates, currency and store. We do not send your name, email or phone as customer attributes, use advertising identifiers, or use this information for cross-app advertising tracking. RevenueCat provides subscription reporting and analytics. Bibliaria's limited local usage log is not transmitted.

Apple or Google process payments under their own policies. Bibliaria does not receive your full payment card number. Purchases, restoration and subscription verification may require a connection; bundled reading content works offline. Your diary, prayers, lesson answers and religious beliefs are not sent to RevenueCat.

Subscription data and cancellation

Erasing progress or uninstalling does not cancel subscriptions or erase purchase records held by the store or RevenueCat. Manage cancellation in your Apple or Google subscription settings. For subscription information or deletion requests, contact privacy@villacortacapital.com. We will explain how to identify the purchase without requesting your password or full card number. Records needed for legal or billing obligations may be retained as applicable; immediate deletion is not guaranteed.

What is stored on your phone

  • Your progress — lessons completed, stars, streak, Wisdom and Grace.
  • Your review schedule — which verses you are memorising and when they come back.
  • Your settings — language, text size, contrast, sounds and reading speed.
  • Prayers you write yourself, if you write any.

That information stays on your phone and we have no access to it. If your phone's own backups are turned on (iCloud or Google), the system may include it in them, under Apple's or Google's policies rather than ours.

Read aloud

If you use read aloud, the text is spoken by your phone's built-in voice. That processing belongs to Apple or Google and is governed by their policies. Bibliaria sends the text nowhere else.

Permissions

Bibliaria does not use your microphone, camera, contacts, location or notifications. On Android the recording permission is blocked explicitly, and on iOS it is never declared.

Children

Purchases by minors must use the authorization and controls of their guardian and the store. There is no public communication between users or religious profile sent to third parties.

Deleting local data

Use the progress and personal writing deletion options in the app. Your diary and prayer texts remain on the device. System backups, if enabled, are governed by Apple or Google. Removing local data does not delete subscription records or cancel billing.

What we never do

  • We do not sell personal information, and we never have.
  • We do not share data with advertising networks.
  • We do not build profiles of you or your beliefs.

Changes

If this ever changes, we will update this page before the change reaches the app, and say so inside the app.
