Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Villacorta Capital LLC ("we") handles information in the Alienville app.

Information used by Alienville

Alienville stores game progress, settings, equipment and match statistics on your device. You may play as a guest without creating an account. If you choose to connect an account, Supabase processes your user identifier, the email supplied through Google, Apple or email sign-in, and a copy of your game progress so it can be recovered and synchronized across devices.

Alienville uses Google AdMob to display ads and request privacy consent where required. AdMob may process device identifiers, IP address, diagnostics and ad interactions to deliver, limit and measure advertising. Alienville requests non-personalized ads.

Advertising and purchases

Automatic ads may appear between missions. Rewarded ads appear only when you choose them. A one-time Supporter Pack removes automatic ads and unlocks content; rewarded ads remain optional. Apple App Store or Google Play processes the payment and reports the purchase status to Alienville. We do not receive your payment-card details.

Your choices and deletion

• You can play as a guest and keep progress only on that device.
• You can review advertising privacy choices under Settings when available in your region.
• You can sign out or delete your account and its cloud copy under Settings → Cloud save.
• Deleting an account does not erase progress stored on the device; use Erase progress for that.
• Purchases are managed through your Apple or Google account and can be restored from the in-game store.

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• Aside from Supabase for optional accounts and Google AdMob for the ads described above, we do not share your data with other advertising networks.
• We do not ask for, collect or store bank credentials or account numbers.

Children

Alienville is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hola@villacortacapital.com and we will respond within 45 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the CCPA or the GDPR; we honour those requests regardless of where you are.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, tell you inside the app.
