Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Villacorta Capital LLC ("we") handles information in the Meet Me Halfway app. It is written to be read, not survived. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it in plainer words.

Information we collect

None. Meet Me Halfway stores everything it needs on your own device. We do not operate accounts for it, we do not run analytics inside it, and no personal information is transmitted to us or to anyone else.

What stays on your device

• Your saved progress and preferences, kept in local storage on the device.
• Deleting the app deletes this data. We have no copy of it, because we never received one.

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your data for advertising or share it with advertising networks.
• We do not ask for, collect or store bank credentials or account numbers.

Children

Meet Me Halfway is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hola@villacortacapital.com and we will respond within 45 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the CCPA or the GDPR; we honour those requests regardless of where you are.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, tell you inside the app.
