Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Casanido, provided by Villacorta Capital LLC. By downloading or using the app, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your license to use Casanido

We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable and revocable license to use Casanido on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the terms of the app store from which you downloaded it. We retain all rights in the app, its design, text and software.

Your household information

You are responsible for the information you add to your plan and for having permission to add information about other people in your household. Do not use Casanido to store passwords, financial-account information, medical records or other information that is not needed for household planning.

Optional accounts and backups

An account is optional. If you create one, keep access to the email account used to sign in. A cloud backup is a recovery copy, not real-time household collaboration or a guarantee against all data loss. You can delete an account and its cloud backup in the app.

Casanido Plus subscriptions

Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple’s App Store. Price, billing period and renewal terms are shown by Apple before you confirm a purchase. Your Apple account is charged when you confirm. Renewal and cancellation are governed by Apple’s terms and subscription settings; cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. Deleting a Casanido account does not cancel a subscription. You may restore purchases available to your Apple account from the Plus screen.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We will not intentionally remove paid access before the period you have paid for, except where required for security, law or the app store’s rules.

Not professional advice

Casanido helps organize household work. It is not medical, safety, legal, financial or professional advice. You remain responsible for making safe decisions in your home, including decisions relating to allergies, asthma, cleaning products and children.

Disclaimer and liability

Casanido is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Villacorta Capital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost data, profits or goodwill arising from use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Casanido in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Casanido at any time. We may suspend use where needed to protect users, the service or legal rights. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law and contact
