Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Villacorta Capital LLC handles information in Casanido, a home-planning app. We designed it to be useful without making your household data our business.

Use Casanido without an account

You can use Casanido without an account or subscription. Your plan is stored on your device and is not sent to us. If you never create an account or save a cloud backup, we do not receive your household plan.

Information you choose to store

Only if you create an account and save a backup. We process the email address used to sign in and the household backup you choose to upload. A backup can include your home profile, names and roles of household members, rooms, tasks and routines, task history, supply lists, and preferences such as allergy or asthma-related home preferences. Do not enter sensitive information that is not needed to organize your home.

What stays on your device

Your plan works locally first. A cloud backup is manual, not real-time collaboration or automatic syncing. Signing out does not upload data. Deleting the app or resetting its local plan can remove the device copy; keep a backup if you need to recover it on another device.

Accounts and backups

We use Supabase to provide optional email sign-in and the backup service. We keep one backup per account, protected so that an authenticated account can access only its own backup. We retain an account and its backup until you delete the account or ask us to delete it.

Subscriptions

Paid Casanido Plus subscriptions are sold by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes payment information; we do not receive your card number. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and determine whether Plus is active. RevenueCat receives purchase and entitlement information needed for that purpose. We do not use this information for advertising.

Account deletion

In Casanido, open Settings → Account and backup → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and cloud backup. Your local plan remains on your device until you reset it or delete the app. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store subscription; manage or cancel that separately in your Apple account.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not use advertising networks or targeted advertising in Casanido.
• We do not collect precise location, contacts, or payment-card information.
• We do not use your household plan to make automated decisions about you.

Children

Casanido is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you. You can delete the cloud backup directly in the app; for any other privacy request, email us. We will respond within 45 days where applicable law requires it.
